Blastpots > MicroStrip

The most precise blasting system for (industrial) cleaning applications and delicate restoration work. These applications require a constant dosage of very fine granulated abrasive media. The abrasives must be distributed at relatively low blast pressures. As this is not possible using conventional blast pots, Gritco has developed a special series of blast pots for this discipline: the MicroStrip machines.

The precise metering of the abrasive is accomplished by creating a difference between the tank- and the blast pressure. By this small difference the abrasive is 'pushed' through the fixed orifice of the metering sleeve. This way a minimum consumption of the finest abrasives can be guaranteed at the lowest blast pressures.
The MicroStrip machines are delicate enough to remove paint from a light bulb!
