Dry compressed air is indispensable for fault-free performance of blasting and paint spraying equipment as well as for compressed air tools.
The use of wet compressed air results in blockages of the abrasive inside the blastpot. Also (control) valves suffer from wet air.

By means of a coolant, the after cooler condensates almost all damp of the compressed air. This vapour is being removed by means of a centrifugal separator.
The easy dry line range of refrigeration air dryers has been designed to maximize efficiency and reliability.
All models are equipped with a high efficiency heat exchanger including an integrated condensate separator. The heat exchangers achieve the highest levels of performance together with a very low pressure drop rate.
Thanks to the patented solution, the programmable control board will adjust the fan speed according to the load, in order to guarantee, under any working conditions, a constant and high level performance.
Every unit is equipped with a wide range of adjustable settings and alarm outputs such as: high dew point temperature, anti freezing alarm, fault probe, and so on.

ED series dryers are all equipped with a programmable electronic condensate discharger, suitable for working with high efficiency in all kind of conditions. Available upon request also with "no loss" air capacity discharger.

HTD series are special high-temperature inlet air dryers (up to 82°C) and enclose an after cooler and a filter/ceramic separator. This way a  remarkable space saving is achieve and lowers the overall pressure drop. It also saves time for the total assembly. A single condensate drain is used for the entire package.

For even a higher quality of compressed air one or more filters can be installed. This way also oil and other contaminants will be removed.
